много тъпо.....и тук изоставаме разбира се!

е поне те като ще си правят стадион , ние да купим меаца , да намалим седяите места , да го ремонтираме малко и ще се изкефя яко.
но ако остане пак на общината няма файда да го ремонтираме...
мно тъпо , един наш собствен стадион би дал страхотен ефект

Council keen on Inter plan

The city council are keen on Inter’s plan to redevelop San Siro if Milan move out, according to reports this morning.

The Rossoneri are looking to build a stadium of their own in the Portello area of the city, with their rivals planning to take over Giuseppe Meazza, which they currently share.

It’s believed that the Nerazzurri would then spend around €70m on making improvements to the old stadium, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports these plans have met with unofficial approval.

The newspaper quotes the head of the city’s department of sport, Chiara Bisconti, saying that the idea of Inter having their own stadium has been ‘welcomed with great enthusiasm.

The sports daily speculates that the conditions will include a long lease, probably of around 99 years, after which the stadium would revert to the city.

There would also probably clauses whereby the Nerazzurri must invest certain amounts in the stadium and surrounding area, or lose the lease.

Milan stadium decision today?

It’s reported that a decision from Fondazione Fiera over Milan’s proposed new stadium will arrive today.

The Rossoneri are bidding for land in the Portello area of the city in which to build a new self-owned stadium, as they currently share San Siro with rivals Inter.

The Diavolo are competing with bids from Prelios and Milano Alta del gruppo Vitali, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports that a decision will be announced later today.

Milan are looking to follow the lead of Juventus, who have seen matchday revenues increase hugely since opening their own Juventus Stadium in 2011, on the site of the old Stadio Delle Alpi.

The Rossoneri are planning a state-of-the-art 48,000-seater arena, which would include sound-proofing materials to lessen the impact on the local area.

Both Fiorentina and Roma are in the process of approving plans for new stadiums, while Udinese are redeveloping Stadio Friuli.

В Понеделник ще се реше дали Милан ще строи нов стадион или групата Milano Alto ще прави еко бизнес парк !!!
От това решение зависи разбира се Интер и неговият план ‘Meazza 2.0’ .
Ако Милан спечели в Понеделник то тогава плановето на Интер са следните :

1. Намаляване капацитета до 60 000 места.
2. Снижаване на покрива
3. Премахване на третата трибуна

Стадиона на Милан ще е с капацитет 48 000 места.


Inter, Milan await stadium decision

Milan will discover on Monday if their project for a new stadium can go ahead, a decision which will also affect Inter\'s \'Meazza 2.0\' plan.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that on Monday the executive committee of the Fondazione Fiera will decide whether to accept Milan’s Stadio Milan project or that of ‘Milano Alto’, their last remaining competitor.

Fondazione Fiera owns the land at Portello on which the new Milan stadium would be built and Milano Alto is a project for an environmentally-friendly new business development.

The newspaper also reports that the decision will be crucial for Inter, as they are interested in redeveloping San Siro into ‘Meazza 2.0’, which would require the Rossoneri to move out.

Inter are believed to have already deposited their plans to the council and would reduce the stadium’s capacity to 60,000, lower the roof and get rid of the top tier of seats around the stadium.

Gazzetta reports that the Stadio Milan would have a capacity of 48,000, a significant reduction from the current San Siro, which holds over 80,000 people.

Berlusconi: \'Historic day\'

Barbara Berlusconi said Milan’s “historic” new stadium will bring in “from €50m to €80m per year” and follow the London model.

Today the Fondazione Fiera finally gave the all-clear for the Rossoneri to take over the Portello area of the city to build their new arena – right next to the Casa Milan headquarters – ready for the 2018-19 campaign.

“This is the first historic step to make Milan like London,” said joint-CEO Barbara Berlusconi.

“Today with the decision of the Fondazione Fiera, we can officially begin the journey towards our new stadium. It is the first step, as we still need to present the entire project to the institutions for approval.

“This remains an historic day. Ours is first of all a cultural challenge. It is for Milan that we are proposing an urban stadium, to favour the development of the area that will host us, make it more secure and a symbol for the city, to completely change the mentality of those who come to the stadium by providing services and moments of entertainment that go beyond the 90 minutes of the game.

“At the same time, we will work to discourage private transport and favour public transport. Milan, therefore, will be like London.

“In fact, London too has urban stadiums that are reached via the underground system and allowed the improvement of areas where they were constructed.

“It is also indispensable to develop the commercial power of the club. The stadium will bring from €50m to €80m per year.

“These are resources that can also be used to buy new players.”

след като милан си правят стадион , Меаца наш ли остава? в смисъл ще го купуваме ли от общината или пак ще плащаме?
бях чел , че тохир ще даде 150млн за ремонт на стадиона. ако е лично наш , се надявам да намалим капацитета на 55-60 000хил. и да го модернизираме .
много ще се зарадвам на един красив и модерен Меаца който е лично наш!!!

Inter fury over San Siro

Inter are reportedly furious after Milan President Silvio Berlusconi declared their intention to stay at San Siro.

The Rossoneri had been looking to develop their own stadium in the Portello area of the city, but got into dispute with Fondazione Fiera, which owns the land.

Berlusconi declared this week that the intention was therefore to remain at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza - shared with Inter - and Tuttosport reports that the Nerazzurri are furious.

The main issue is believed to be the time wasted. Beneamata President Erick Thohir had explored the idea of leaving San Siro for a new stadium, but put those plans on hold when it appeared the Diavolo wanted to move out.

Inter had been developing a plan to completely remodel San Siro, as well as constructing a sports village in the surrounding area.

With Berlusconi’s announcement, the Nerazzurri hierarchy must now consider their options once again, and though a decision will not arrive quickly, it’s

Inter, Milan hold stadium meeting

Inter President Erick Thohir reportedly met his Milan counterpart Silvio Berlusconi to discuss San Siro.

The Rossoneri had been planning to move out and build a new stadium in the Portello area of the city, but the plan was scrapped after a disagreement with the owners of the land.

According to Sky, Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani met with Thohir and Michael Bolingbroke at the former prime minister’s Arcore residence.

The news outlet notes that this is the first time Berlusconi and Thohir have met face-to-face, a symbol of how seriously the question of the stadium is being taken.

Не виждам никакъв смисъл да строим нов стадион,при положение,че пак ще бъдем заедно с Милан.Нека се постигне споразумение с градската управа и да не се налага да плащаме наеми.
